Andrew Wiedemann – Comfort is a Crutch

Andrew Wiedemann is the host of the Comfort is a Crutch podcast, where he explores the ideas and motivations (including his own) that drive people to make changes in their lives.

In his words…  “I am in my early 30’s and still very much a work in progress. I have come a long way from my 18 year old self, I was undisciplined, unmotivated, and overall not driven. My biggest transition occurred in the United States Marine Corps where I gained a lot of my discipline and drive. I am now striving to be a better person, more healthy and a better father.”
